We would like to make you aware of the fees and charges associated with myhouse Agents for letting/management of your tenancy. Bespoke packages are available for portfolio landlords or corporate clients. Please speak to our lettings team to assist with any queries.
Please note that all our fees and charges are subject to change with one month notice.

* Management fees are expressed as a percentage of the agreed rent for the period of the tenancy and inclusive of VAT when it becomes due.
*All tenants using The Local Housing Allowance through Universal Credit or Housing benefit will incur a 15% management fee as standard.

Property Maintenance is not contracted to an Agent as this is a Statutory Obligation of the landlord.
All maintenance invoices by 3rd parties will be governed by the contractors terms and conditions, and their invoice is final.
All maintenance will have an additional commission charge of up to 15% of the Invoice total which will benefit myhouse Agents as we are not contracted to maintenance.
All Statutory Compliance Certificates will attract a minimum £15.00 fee.
All figures include VAT when it becomes applicable, as required under consumer law.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm and do not include public Holidays.
